Sunday Scrappin' #34

Greetings! I'm finally back up and running with some ta-da's and photos of my own to show this week... and I'm looking forward to seeing what all of you did with the "sparkly" challenge!

Next week's challenge, in honor of the 4th of July holiday: something patriotic. Your project can be red, white and blue, or include a flag, or be a military layout, or include anything else that feels patriotic to you.

If you're posting for SS this week, your post should include:

  • paper craft-related TA-DA's
  • your paper craft-related TO-DO's for the week
  • show us what you did with last week's challenge: something sparkly (Remember, challenges are optional- if you don't do them, you can still join in SS!)
  • a link back here to SS

  • paper craft-related TA-DA's
  • your TO-DO's for the week
  • show us what you did with last week's challenge: something with animals or animal prints (challenges are optional- if you don't do them, you can still join in SS)

Sunday Scrappin' #31

Greetings, everyone! Has anyone else found themselves with paper that feels limp and starts to curl this week? Ick! The humidity has hit us hard here in Ohio! We gave in and turned on the air conditioning yesterday, and the people and papers in the house felt much better after that. ;)

Remember, your post should include:

  • your paper craft-related TA-DA's
  • your TO-DO's for the week
  • show us what you did with last week's challenge: something monochromatic (challenges are optional)
  • a link back here to SS

Next week's challenge: do something with lace. It could be paper that looks like lace, it could be lace glued onto your project... whatever!

Please leave me a comment on the challenges... like them? Hate them? It seems like our participation has gone down over the last few weeks, and I just hope that the challenges aren't scaring people away!

Sunday Scrappin' #30: June 1st

Number #30 already, can you believe it? :) My own SS post won't be up until later this afternoon, because my ugly paper creations aren't quite done yet. I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone came up with!

Remember, your post should include:
  • your paper craft-related TA-DA's
  • your TO-DO's for the week
  • show us what you did with last week's challenge item- ugly paper (If you choose not to participate in the challenge, that's fine!)
  • Then don't forget to link your viewers back here to SS, so they can check out everyone else's creations!

If you're playing along with the challenges, next week's challenge is to make something in a monochromatic color scheme. Pick a color, any color, and make the majority of your project from various shades of that one color. Have fun! :)
